Refund Policy

the event that you are dissatisfied with the service provided by “FESOOL LTD”  you are entitled to a full refund of the fees

during the first 15 days if registration in one of the semester packages or during the first 7 days if registration in one of monthly packages.

even though “we provides a trial lecture(s), the fee refund policy is an additional guarantee for you in the event of your dissatisfaction.” For the service, “FESOOL LTD” will be responsible in this case for refunding the amounts it received only, without incurring any other expenses that may be imposed by transfer companies or banks.
